Dr. Anupam Sharma is a Professor of Corporate Law at the National University of Study and Research in Law. He holds an LL.M. from the London School of Economics and a Ph.D. in Law from the National Law University, Delhi. With over 20 years of teaching experience, Prof. Sharma specializes in corporate law, securities regulation, and mergers & acquisitions. He has published extensively in top-tier law journals and has presented his research at numerous international conferences.
